Anjolee, the Art of Jewelry

Shortly after I worked on this review, I was contacted by Anjolee . From costume jewelry to fine jewelry - I like it!

I'd never heard of Anjolee until now, but they remind me a lot of Blue Nile - you can choose and customize a piece online - the price point is up to you depending on the metal and stone you select. I actually built a 1 carat engagement ring of similar properties (same setting, metal, and 4 C's) on each sites for comparison, and found Anjolee's price to be more competitive! Their diamond jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity and you can also purchase a third-party appraisal for some extra piece of mind.

In other words, if you're looking to get engaged, you might want to drop a hint for your man to include Anjolee in his browsing for your engagement ring and/or wedding set!

While I would have loved to review a piece, the selections they send out for review purposes are in sterling silver which I am crazy allergic to, so instead, I did some browsing and dream shopping around their website for things that caught my eye.

Aside from diamonds (Anjolee's specialty!), you can choose gemstones for certain pieces which is fun!

The website itself is user-friendly but feels dated - the design itself could use some refreshing and some personal preferences like multi-tab browsing aren't compatible. This isn't a deal-breaker as navigation is simple and the prices reasonable; but an updated site would certainly be a plus in the future.

Design aside, the pieces are pretty, the prices are right, and although I'm disappointed I couldn't review a piece personally, user reviews speak volumes: some online research showed me that Anjolee has an A+ with the BBB, and the few bridal reviews I found were also very positive. Definitely worth considering next time you're in the market for some bling!
